INFIDELITY / BETRAYAL RECOVERY

Infidelity can shake your sense of reality.

Whether you’ve discovered a betrayal or are trying to rebuild trust, the emotional impact can feel overwhelming—like your mind and body are constantly on alert.

You may find yourself replaying conversations, questioning everything, and struggling to feel safe in your own life.

You don’t have to navigate this alone.

“Sometimes a heart has to break so it can be put back together
with more truth, more strength, and more love than it held before.”-Colleen

"I SEE YOU"

If you’re here, you may be experiencing:

• intrusive thoughts you can’t turn off
• hypervigilance or constant anxiety
• waves of anger, grief, confusion, or numbness
• a loss of trust in your partner—and in yourself
• uncertainty about whether to stay or leave

This isn’t just emotional pain.

It’s your nervous system trying to make sense of something that disrupted your sense of safety.

HOW I HELP

My work focuses on helping you stabilize, process, and move forward—at your pace and in alignment with what’s right for you.

Together, we will:

âś” regulate your nervous system and reduce overwhelm
âś” process the emotional impact of betrayal
✔ rebuild trust—within yourself and, if you choose, within your relationship
âś” create clarity around your next steps
âś” support you in making grounded, empowered decisions

There is no pressure to stay or to leave.

This is about helping you reconnect to yourself so you can choose from a place of clarity—not fear.

Healing isn’t about “getting over it.”
It’s about reclaiming your sense of safety and self.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do I have to decide whether to stay or leave before starting therapy?

No.

Many clients begin therapy feeling unsure. Our work is not about pushing you in one direction—it’s about helping you gain the clarity and stability needed to make the decision that’s right for you.

Can trust actually be rebuilt after infidelity?

In some cases, yes—but it requires intentional work, transparency, and emotional safety.

Whether you choose to rebuild the relationship or move on, therapy helps you process what happened and restore your sense of trust within yourself.

Why do I feel so anxious or “on edge” all the time?

Betrayal often activates the nervous system in a way that feels similar to trauma.

Hypervigilance, intrusive thoughts, and emotional swings are common responses when your sense of safety has been disrupted.

Our work includes helping your body settle so you can think and feel more clearly.

Can I come to therapy alone, or does my partner need to be involved?

You can absolutely begin on your own.

Individual work is often the first step in stabilizing emotions and gaining clarity, whether or not your partner participates later.

Do you offer a consultation?

Yes. I offer a complimentary 15-minute clarity call so we can briefly connect and determine if this feels like the right fit for you.
