Relationship Intensives in California
Deep, Focused Change in Hours—Not Months
Â
Sometimes weekly therapy isn’t enough.
When you’re navigating something important—relationship challenges, betrayal, divorce, or a major life decision—waiting week to week can keep you feeling stuck.
A private intensive gives you the space to go deeper, stay with what matters, and create real movement—without interruption or delay.
“You don’t need more time staying stuck—
you need the right space to change.”
Â
“I SEE YOU”Â
You may be here because:
• you keep having the same conversations without resolution
• you feel stuck in patterns you can’t seem to break
• you’re carrying something heavy and need more than 50 minutes
• you’re facing a decision and want clarity
• you’re ready for change—but unsure how to move forward
You don’t need more time circling the problem.
You need the right space to move through it.
Â

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How is an intensive different from weekly therapy?
Weekly sessions are valuable, but they can sometimes feel slow when you’re in the middle of something significant.
An intensive allows us to go deeper in one sitting, creating momentum and clarity more quickly.
How long is an intensive?
Most intensives are 3 hours. This allows enough time to explore, process, and integrate meaningful work without feeling rushed.
Can I do this alone or does my partner need to attend?
Both options are available.
Intensives can be incredibly effective for individuals as well as couples.
Is this too intense if I’m feeling overwhelmed?
We move at a pace that feels safe and supportive.
The goal is not to overwhelm you—it’s to give you the space and guidance to work through what’s already present.
Do you offer a consultation first?
Yes. I recommend starting with a 15-minute clarity call so we can determine if an intensive is the right fit for you.
Start with a Clarity Call
If you’re considering an intensive, the best first step is a brief call to talk through your situation and determine the right level of support.
